Oscar Piastri believes he can still win the 2025 drivers’ championship, despite being 16 points behind Lando Norris and four behind Max Verstappen. He needs to finish first or second in Abu Dhabi and rely on other results.

Piastri noted that previous multi-driver finales were won by the driver in third, which gives him a small boost. He is encouraged by the support from Australia, including his name being mentioned in Parliament.

Piastri feels relaxed heading into the final race, acknowledging he has "the least to lose" among the three contenders. He stated he is trying to win for himself, not as payback for his manager Mark Webber.
