"Games" Claims Skaife.

Supercars legend Mark Skaife criticized Ford star Brodie Kostecki's parity complaints after Kostecki scored provisional pole at the Bathurst 1000. Kostecki complained after Supercars' proposed engine tweak for Ford was blocked by GM.

Skaife defended Supercars' parity efforts, pointing out the close qualifying times between Mustangs and Camaros.

Skaife noted Kostecki was faster in straight-line sectors and suggested "games" were being played.

Will Brown also commented, stating that the qualifying results suggest parity and found Kostecki's complaints after getting pole position "interesting".
