Reynolds Tops Second Practice.

David Reynolds edged Chaz Mostert in the second practice session at the Sandown 500. The session saw several drivers briefly hold the top spot, including Jayden Ojeda and Matt Payne, before the focus shifted to pre-qualifying performance runs in the closing minutes.
Cam Hill initially went fastest, followed by Mostert, who then widened his lead. However, Reynolds ultimately topped the session by six-hundredths of a second, marking a strong day for Team 18. Mostert remained the fastest of the Finals contenders despite missing the top spot, with his closest rival Broc Feeney finishing fourth.
James Golding, Cooper Murray, and Will Brown followed, with Brown spinning on his final lap.
Cam Waters, Cam Hill, and Ryan Wood completed the top ten. Jayden Ojeda finished 12th, ahead of Finals contender Thomas Randle, while Matt Payne and Kai Allen were 15th and 16th.
Qualifying for Race 1 is scheduled for tomorrow at 11:50 am local time.
