Mega Overnight Repairs For Kostecki's 38!

Brodie Kostecki’s Ford Mustang is undergoing an overnight rebuild after a head-on collision during qualifying at the Surfers Paradise street circuit.

The car was transported off-site to Pace Innovations for repairs to its center section after being stripped at DJR’s headquarters.

DJR co-owner Ryan Story said the team will complete the repair at the Gold Coast 500 garage with spare parts from the circuit.

Several crew members and home-based staff are assisting with the effort, including Kostecki himself. The team is confident the car will be ready for qualifying, requiring an all-night effort.
