Jaxon Evans has secured his Supercars future by joining Walkinshaw Andretti United (WAU) for a multi-year deal, taking the enduro seat vacated by Jayden Ojeda.
Evans, who is losing his full-time Supercars drive, will be paired with Ryan Wood in the #2 Toyota Supra for The Bend and Bathurst in 2026. He expressed excitement about joining WAU, aiming to be in a position to win races, and noted it was a "full circle moment" as his first Supercar drive was with the team in 2018. WAU CEO Bruce Stewart confirmed Evans's addition, highlighting the pairing of two talented young Kiwis and Evans's proven competitiveness.
The announcement also confirmed Fabian Coulthard will continue alongside Chaz Mostert in the Toyota era, completing WAU's enduro line-up.
