Buckley Dominates Opening Round Of The TA2 Muscle Car Series...
Alice Buckley secured a dominant victory in the opening round of the TA2 Muscle Car Series at Winton, finishing 5.81 seconds ahead of Ben Gomersall while establishing a new lap record.
Hayden Hume finished third, followed by series debutant Ayce Buckley and Joel Heinrich. The race saw an eventful start when contact between Tyler Cheney and Kody Garland caused a significant crash, resulting in Garland suffering terminal engine damage and exiting the weekend.
Despite the early collision, Cheney recovered to finish seventh, while other competitors like Des Collier, Jackson Rice, and Brock Paine experienced various on-track incidents throughout the race. In the latest TA2 Muscle Car Series results, Farr finished eighth, followed by Reidy in ninth and Laws in tenth.
