The team will enter a wildcard with rookie Nathan Herne and James Moffat, driving a former Triple Eight Chevrolet Camaro. This vehicle will showcase Valvoline sponsorship and a livery reminiscent of the team's 2000 Bathurst victory, featuring Garry Rogers' #34. Barry Rogers, Garry's son, revealed this plan on what would have been Garry's 81st birthday, explaining that the motivation is solely for his father, who had wished for Nathan Herne to compete at Bathurst. The team acquired the Camaro from Triple Eight and received significant support from Valvoline.

GRM will make a significant impact at the upcoming event by showcasing its iconic 2000 Bathurst-winning VT Commodore, a pivotal model in Australian motorsport history.
